Omschrijving
Fastned's core activities include the sale of electricity to fast charging stations and the development of new sites. This includes the search and selection of new sites, the development of new stations including securing the necessary lease agreements, obtaining the necessary permits and procurement of grid connections as well as the management of station set-up, operation and maintenance of stations, procurement of funds for grid expansion. The company started in the Netherlands, but aims to build a Europe-wide network of fast charging stations. In addition to the station network in the Netherlands, Fastned already had operational charging stations in Germany and the UK by mid-2019. In addition, locations were developed in Belgium, Switzerland and France.
