Doelstelling

The aim of the Sub-fund is to provide long term capital growth by investing at least two-thirds of its total assets in equities of large cap companies which have their registered office or exercise a preponderant part of their economic activities in the United States. The Sub-fund will focus on investing in large cap companies that are undervalued and combine attractive valuation with a catalyst for change. The Sub-fund defines large cap companies as companies with a market capitalization of USD 2 billion or more. With due consideration given to the investment restrictions and to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation, the Sub-fund may invest in convertible bonds, bonds, money market instruments and derivatives. Exchange traded and over-the-counter derivatives are permitted, including but not limited to futures, swaps, options, contracts for differences and currency forwards. Investors should be aware that the use of derivatives may result in increased volatility of the price of the Shares.
